All items are individually handmade and may vary slightly in color, pattern, size, or finish. These variations are not defects but a testament to the uniqueness of each item.
3. Pricing & Product Information
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to update prices, product descriptions, or discontinue items at any time without notice.
We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible, but colors may appear differently depending on your screen/device.
4. Order Fulfillment
Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days unless otherwise stated (custom or bulk orders may take longer). You will receive tracking information once your item has shipped.
Couture Hello is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our items, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos. We may offer a replacement or store credit upon verification.
Sale items, custom orders, and earrings worn are not eligible for return or exchange, for hygiene purposes.
6. Shipping Liability
Once your package is in the possession of the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), Couture Hello is not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Please reach out to the carrier directly for any issues with tracking or delivery.

All product designs, photography, branding, and content on this site are the exclusive property of Couture Hello. No part may be reproduced, copied, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
