Shipping & Processing

All of our earrings and accessories are handmade with care. Please allow 3-7 business days for processing before your order ships.

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–5 business days
Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days
Custom or Bridal Orders: May require 3-4 weeks (you will be contacted directly)

Once your item ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

What classifies as a "Business Day"?

A business day is Monday-Friday from the time the shop opens to the time the shop closes EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS. Couture Hello is open from 10-4pm CST Monday-Friday.

Shipping methods:

All Orders with a subtotal over $75 are free to ship. Forever. If you would like to select another shipping option, please do so at checkout. If no other option is selected then, your order will be shipped STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING - USPS

ORDERS DO NOT SHIP ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY.

Do you accept custom orders?

Absolutely, please send an email to hi@couturehello.com with the subject line "Custom Order". Any and all custom design pieces will require a consultation which at that time production time and price will be discussed. All custom items are final sale and are not eligible for coupons or discounts.
